Founder story

This film follows Sara, who packed up her family and moved to Voss to take over a project and build it further. It's a story about daring to make a big leap, and about a life lived wild, close to nature and close to people. We wanted to capture both the raw beauty of the surroundings and the warmth of the community Sara has become part of. On cinematography, I was joined by Simon Tonev, whom I've worked with for several years and who always adds to and elevates the result. Working with a small crew let us move freely through the landscape and stay close to the moments as they happened. KNIF Trygghet gave us free rein, and we're grateful for their trust!
