This film explores the transition into retirement: what it means to leave working life behind, and what lies ahead in this new chapter. I wanted to tell the story honestly and up close, giving space to both the anticipation and the uncertainty that come with such a big change. I teamed up with Simon Tonev on cinematography, whom I've worked with for several years and who always adds to and elevates the result. This time we were just two on set, which kept things intimate and relaxed, and made it easier for the people in front of the camera to open up. KNIF Trygghet gave us free rein, and we're grateful for their trust!
